Terms & Conditions 

SESSIONS

All sessions and services will be scheduled between 9am-7pm Monday to Friday, and 10am-6pm Saturday unless agreed otherwise personally with myself.

If I am required on a Sunday, an overtime charge will arise as Sunday is my scheduled day off.

BOOKINGS

For all bookings, I advise to aim for a 3 week advancement on your booking. This allows me time to prepare, fully listen to your enquiry and allocate time away from other clients, work and life's stuffs to focus on you.

 

For bookings through me, all charges, questions and other queries will be discussed, reassured and confirmed with myself directly. This will also include discussions on travel charges and other details if necessary. 

Fee's for booking directly with myself HAVE to be paid fully 48 hours before your scheduled service.

For bookings online, please be aware depending on where you're located, travel charges and other admin fee's may arise, and will be added to the total cost of selected service.

If requested, I will provide you with a detailed invoice for your scheduled service.

I insist all payments to be made online, however, on the rarest of cases, and after discussions with myself, cash can be accepted. If this is the case, payment of cash is to be handed over before scheduled service begins. Refusal of cash payments will cancel your service with immediate effect.

RESCHEDULING

I understand due to certain circumstances, emergencies and immediate priorities can change and occur when we least expect it, with this being said, if you need to reschedule your service with me, please try to reschedule with myself as soon as possible, long before your scheduled service.

A notification to reschedule a service within a time window of 48 hours or less may be subject to service fee's or travel fee charges. 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations 48 hours before scheduled service are entitled to a full refund.

A notification to cancel a scheduled service before the 48 hour window will include a £50 admin charge before a full refund will be issued. 

Cancellations within the time window of 48 hours or less are only entitled to a partial refund of 50%, as I reserve a right to charge 50% of the overall fee.

TRAVEL EXPENSES & ACCOMMODATION 

Travel expenses will only be discussed with clients who exceed a 3 hour commute time. â€‹

A travel fee will not be charged to clients who live under the 3 hour commute radius.

If necessary after discussions between ourselves, based on your location, I may require accommodation. Fee's and plan's for this will be discussed directly with myself. International services WILL need to provide adequate accommodation.

QUESTIONAIRE'S & CONFIDENTIALITY 

If required or requested for service, please fill in a client questionnaire 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This is to better my understanding of you and how I can provide great service that caters to your needs, goals and preferences.

Please come to answering any clients questionnaire's or feedback forms with an open mind. All questions are intentionally asked to help me provide you with the best service possible.

If any question or comment is too hard or uncomfortable to answer, please leave blank, and notify me.

All information provided is kept confidential. It is my duty to provide you with your right of confidentiality when it comes to your personal information. All your information is kept privately within your own client profile, which is stored for future reference and appointments.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers that are purchased are NON-refundable. 

Each gift voucher has a 12-month expiration date, so please inform the recipient of this information.

Once you have had a service with myself, you are apart of the TCS brand forever. As the company grows, you'll be kept up to date on events, opportunities, discounts and more.

Post service, you are able to contact me for 31 day period to assist you with any questions, however, depending on the depth of discussion or interest, a consultation may be advised, requiring charges. 

PAYMENTS

I insist on using online payments for all services, whether you book directly with myself or online.

 

On the RAREST of occasions, after direct discussions with myself, I can accept cash payments, however, cash payments HAVE to be handed over before scheduled service commences. Failure to provide cash payment will cancel your service with immediate effect.

All scheduled services need to be paid fully 48 hours before scheduled service. Failure to do so will induce costs, please read cancellation & rescheduling notes above to find out more. (Cash payments, as discussed, will need to be paid before service starts).

LIABILITY NOTE

No matter the extent of your enquiries or style or personal problems, I will discuss with yourself the parameters and boundaries to your case.

I will not force or pressure you into making a purchasing commitment, therefore, I am not liable for any purchases you decide too make with your own finances. This also includes any issues with the fit or style of garment you decide to purchase. 

​

We will discuss allergies to fabrics during our consultations to ensure your health safety and it is your responsibility to disclose any allergies with myself during pre-service consultations or enquiries that may cause serious health and safety concerns. Therefore, I am not liable for any allergic reactions that arise from fabrics during or after our services.

I will only advise you, not tell you what to do during every part of our journey together based on my expertise, your personal preferences, goals and circumstances. I am not liable for any dissatisfaction caused based on your personal preference. If an issue arises, please disclose the issue with me, I will do my best to listen and resolve the issue.

LEGAL NOTE

All terms and conditions abide by governing law. Any disputes that arise under these terms shall face jurisdiction by governing UK courts.

Clients will be updated on any changes to these terms, as required by UK law.

CONTENT USAGE

Clients will be required to approve authority over any content being published online, in marketing material or other sources using said content. Clients will be asked and/or made aware of any content being filmed or captured prior to scheduled service.

STYLIST'S DISCLAIMER 

​I will try to provide and uphold a safe, inclusive and positive working environment for all. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, feel uncomfortable or an emergency arises, please declare this information with me.

 

I advise based of my expertise and my own learning. I will never force any pressure on you during any stage of any service. 

 

Depending on the depth and extent of the issue, we may come across difficult or challenging conversations based on sensitive topics around self-image, body shape and experiences of life that may/may not of been traumatic, etc. Please only disclose information you feel comfortable disclosing. All information shared with me is kept between ourselves, what get's brought up in that room, stays in that room.
